Our 14-day risk-free trial gives you the chance to test our service and ensure it works for you without any commitment. If it doesn’t meet your needs, you can return the equipment for a full refund.
How the 14-Day Trial Works
- Your 14-day trial period starts the day you receive the device, not the day you order it.
- During this time, you can test the service to ensure it meets your needs for speed, reliability, and coverage.
- If you decide it’s not the right fit, reach out to support, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label so you can send the router back at no cost.
What’s Included in the Refund?
If you return the device within the 14-day window, you’ll receive a full refund for:
- Your monthly service fee
- Your refundable device deposit
The only exception is any shipping fees, which are non-refundable. (By default, our standard shipping is FREE)
Important: Returning the Router
- The device must be shipped back within 14 days of when you received it.
- If you send it back after the 14-day window, you’ll receive a prorated refund based on when we receive the device in our possession.
- Make sure to use the provided prepaid return label to avoid any additional shipping charges, and so we can track your return.
- Be sure to securely and safely package your router to prevent damage during return shipping. If the device is received damaged, your device deposit will not be refunded.
