- Service Continuation: As long as we have a plan in place, your service will stay active.
Changing Your Billing Date
If your current payment date doesn’t work for you long-term, you also have the option to move your billing date to a different day of the month. If you want to make this change, just let us know!
What Happens If I Don’t Reach Out?
If your payment fails and you don’t contact support, your service will be disconnected after 2 days. To avoid any interruptions, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.
