How to Replace Your Router
If your router is having technical issues and you need a replacement, follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service
- Reach out to our customer service team by phone or email.
- Provide your account details and describe the issue you’re experiencing with the router.
- Warranty Eligibility
- If the issue with your router is related to technical failure, we will replace the router free of charge.
- Most replacements go out same-day if finalized before 3PM Eastern Time.
- Return of Damaged Equipment
- When you receive the replacement, it will come with a prepaid return label for returning the damaged router.
- Please ensure the faulty device is returned promptly to help us process the warranty and avoid delinquent return fees.
Lifetime Equipment Warranty
We are proud to offer a lifetime equipment warranty on all of our devices. This means:
- We will replace any router that has technical issues not caused by external factors like negligence.
- The warranty covers any connectivity issues or hardware failures.
- If your router breaks down due to technical failure, we will replace it at no cost.
What’s Not Covered by the Warranty?
We’re here to keep you connected, and unless it’s clear there has been negligence (like a dog chewing on the router, it being run over, or it shot by a potato cannon), we’ll process your replacement free of charge. Just keep in mind that:
- Damage due to negligence (e.g., the router was eaten by a dog, run over by a car, or subjected to severe physical damage) isn’t covered by the warranty.
- Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect the router’s functionality won’t be covered either.
