If you recently got a new card or your payment is failing, you can update your payment details through our online portal. Simply log in to your account and enter your new card information to ensure uninterrupted service.
Steps to Update Your Payment Information
1. Log in to Your Account
- Go to trifectawireless.com/login.
- Enter your email and password, then click Sign In.
2. Access the Billing Section
- If using a desktop, click the Billing tab on the left side.
- If using a mobile device, tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top corner and select Billing.
3. Update Your Payment Method
- Enter your new card information.
- Enter the billing address for your new card
- Click Save Changes in the top right corner to confirm your changes.
Your new payment details will be used for future charges.
Troubleshooting
Forgot Your Password?
- Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
- Enter your email address and check your inbox for a reset link.
- Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
Payment Update Not Saving?
- Ensure your card details are entered correctly (no typos in the number or expiration date).
- Check if your bank or card issuer is blocking the transaction.
- Try using a different browser or clearing your cache and cookies.
