Troubleshooting
Can’t Access the Router Login Page?
- Ensure you are connected to the router’s network (via WiFi or Ethernet).
- Try restarting your router, then attempt again.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or try using a different browser.
- Double-check the router’s IP address (192.168.1.1 is the default, but if you've changed it, you'll need to use the new address).
Forgot Your Admin Password?
- If the default password admin does not work, try checking for a custom password set previously.
- If you can’t remember the password, reset the router to factory settings by holding the reset button for 10 seconds.
Devices Won’t Connect to the New WiFi Name?
- Make sure you are selecting the correct SSID and entering the correct password.
- Forget the WiFi network on your device, then reconnect manually.
- Restart both the router and the device you are trying to connect.
- If using older devices, try connecting to the 2.4GHz network instead of 5GHz.
